SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer, subject to applicable law.

LowkeyVA LLC is not responsible for:
● Shipping delays
● Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
● Delivery errors caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
